How does the 30-day free trial work?
Download PTO Master and install it on your agency network. You get full access to every feature for 30 days with no credit card required. When the trial ends, the software enters read-only mode — your data is preserved and you can pick up right where you left off after purchasing a license.
What does "3 device keys included" mean?
Each device key activates PTO Master on one Windows PC. Your base license includes 3 keys — enough for most small agencies. If you need the software on additional computers, add extra keys at $79 each during checkout.
Can multiple officers use PTO Master at the same time?
Yes. Once PTO Master is installed on your network, unlimited users can log in simultaneously from any licensed device. User accounts are not limited — only the number of PCs the software is installed on.
Where is our training data stored?
Entirely on your agency's own computers. PTO Master uses a local encrypted database — no training records, recruit information, or evaluation data ever leaves your network or touches our servers. We only verify your license key one time at activation.
What happens when our subscription expires?
PTO Master enters read-only mode. All your data is preserved and accessible for viewing and printing. No new records can be created until the license is renewed. We send reminders at 30 days and 7 days before expiry.
Can I transfer my license to a new computer?
Contact ptomaster@outlook.com and we will assist with license transfers due to hardware replacement or upgrades.
Do you offer discounts for small or rural agencies?
We built PTO Master specifically to be affordable for small agencies. At $299/year, we are already a fraction of the cost of any comparable solution. Contact us if your agency has exceptional budget constraints and we will work with you.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
