Installation Steps
- 1Download the PTOMaster-Setup.exe installer
- 2Right-click the installer and select "Run as Administrator"
- 3Follow the installation wizard — accept the default install location
- 4Launch PTO Master from your desktop shortcut
- 5The setup wizard will guide you through:
- •Entering your agency information
- •Uploading your department logo
- •Choosing your color theme
- •Creating your Training Coordinator account
- •Selecting your PTO program structure
- 6Your 30-day trial begins automatically on first launch
Setting Up PTO Master on Multiple Computers?
- 1Install PTO Master on the Training Coordinator's PC first
- 2During setup, designate this PC as the Network Host
- 3Install PTO Master on additional PCs
- 4On launch, each PC will automatically discover the host on your network
- 5Enter your additional device key when prompted
- 6All PCs connect and sync automatically
Already Have a License Key?
After installing, click "Activate License" on the login screen and paste your key. Full access activates immediately. Activation requires a one-time internet connection.
